ABOUT EYDI:

One of the most sentimental pieces in this collection is the EYDI (A-DEE) earring, named after my late sister-in-law. Her guidance, love, and lessons have profoundly shaped my journey of self-examination. The double layer of butterflies represents my two beautiful nieces, who are a living testament to her presence on earth.

It is my hope that this piece serves as a symbol of continual reinvention.

We ship your KHOI purchases from our fulfillment center within 3-5 business days of your order being ready. (business days do not include weekends or US federal holidays). Please keep in mind that pre-order items will ship 4-6 weeks from the date of your order.

International shipping is available on all products; for a flat rate fee of $30.

Keep in mind that the shipping cost does not include customs fees which will be determined upon arrival into your country by your local import authorities. Transit times may vary based on local import laws and carrier schedules.

We will gladly accept unworn, undamaged products purchased at full price, or products received with manufacturing defects, for an exchange or a return via store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be approved, a return must meet all the following criteria:

Return was initiated, approved and postmarked using the prepaid KHOI label within 14 days from the date of order delivery. Items returned without approval are not eligible for store credit, exchange, nor refund. If a different return label is used, KHOI is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen. Returns and exchanges will not be processed until the package is located and received.
