Please note that orders containing pre-order items and in-stock items will be held until all items are available. Any items purchased with the XILA BAG will not ship until the preorder is ready in May! If this does not work for you, please place a separate order for in-stock items.
Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled nor modified. Please double and triple check your quantity and color selections prior to checkout. Shipping address changes can be done via the confirmation page. Reminder: XILA is marked final sale - no returns, exchanged or refunds will be accepted.

The XILA bag will be available for pre-order on Saturday, March 8 at 8 AM CST. This event is online only for a limited time with limited quantities available.
All color variants will be available during the pre-order event.
The XILA (zee-lah) represents the ultimate KHOI accessory. Hand crafted with vegan pebbled leather, this piece is the ultimate celebration of KHOI’s sculptural design elements. The bag features an adjustable strap for even more ways to wear.

All items will be packaged in one of our premium packaging options. Please note that each item will likely not have its own packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill requests for particular packaging choices at this time. If you would like additional packaging, kindly purchase online via our packaging product page.
In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we have decided going forward that versus putting each individual item into separate bags, our fulfillment team has been empowered to combine similar size items, respectfully. We understand that you may love getting an item in each bag, but we are being more mindful in reducing waste and decreasing our footprint more by taking this approach.

We will gladly accept unworn, undamaged products purchased at full price, or products received with manufacturing defects, for an exchange or a return via store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be approved, a return must meet all the following criteria:
- The item was shipped to a US address. We are unable to accept returns on international orders.
- Items are in their original condition without signs of wear and with all KHOI tags, packaging, and dust bags, included.

- Item arrived damaged or defective but is within the 14 day return period.
- Return was initiated, approved and postmarked using the prepaid KHOI label within 14 days from the date of order delivery. Items returned without approval are not eligible for store credit, exchange, nor refund. If a different return label is used, KHOI is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen. Returns and exchanges will not be processed until the package is located and received.
- Item is not marked as final sale or listed 'as-is'. Please note: the XILA Bag is final sale.
