Hey babes - it’s that time again! Our Early Access tickets for the Baltimore Pop-Up go live on November 1st at 8:00 AM CST, and we’ve got something extra special this time.

We are giving you more time, more comfort, more KHOI. So we’re bringing you new packages that include transportation from the DC Area and exclusive KHOI-branded swag.

Early Access Details

Date: Saturday, November 15th, 2025
Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Pop-up Location: 3600 Clipper Mill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21211

This extended window gives you more time to shop, mingle, and soak up the vibes — and ensures our VIP babes traveling on the KHOI buses can arrive right on time.

Two Early Access Packages

1. Early Access Transport + Swag

Perfect for our babes rolling in from DC!

Your ticket includes:

Round-trip transportation from DC (pickup point will be shared soon). The bus will depart the pickup location promptly at 8 AM.
A KHOI Team member will be at the pickup location to check you in and ride along to the pop-up
Your choice of an embroidered hoodie or embroidered crew neck sweater in ECRU or NOIR
Early access to shop from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Return trip two hours after arrival, departing from the courtyard at the venue.

1. What is Early Access?

Early Access gives you exclusive entry to shop from 9:00AM–11:00AM before doors open to the general public. You also receive exclusive KHOI swag, and depending on your ticket type, transportation + skip-the-line perks.

2. When and where is the pop-up?

Location: 3600 Clipper Mill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21211

Date: Saturday, November 15th, 2025 – Sunday, November 16

Early Access Time: 9:00AM – 11:00AM

General Admission Time: Saturday 11AM-5PM, Sunday 11AM-5PM

3. What’s the difference between the two Early Access packages?

Early Access Transport + Swag	All of the above plus roundtrip bus transportation from DC and on-site KHOI team check-in

4. What cities will transportation be offered from?

We’re offering roundtrip transportation from:

5. What time does the bus leave?

The bus will depart the pickup location at 8AM and is scheduled to arrive at the venue by 9AM. Return trips depart two hours after arrival from the venue courtyard.

6. What swag is included?

Each Early Access ticket includes:

Your choice of embroidered hoodie or crew neck in ECRU or NOIR.
Swag will be handed to you during check-in at the event. Nothing is shipped in advance.

7. Can I pick up my hoodie/crew later or have it shipped?

No, all swag must be picked up in person at the event. It will not be shipped or held after the pop-up ends. We will not issue refunds for items left behind.

8. Do I get skip-the-line perks all weekend?

Yes, but only with the purchase of Early Access tickets. You can skip the line on Saturday and Sunday.

9. Can I bring a friend or transfer my ticket?

Each person must have their own Early Access ticket to enter from 9–11AM.
Tickets are non-transferable unless arranged and confirmed through KHOI customer support.
Duplicate ticket use will not be allowed.

10. What do I need to show at check-in?

Please have your confirmation email and order number ready. Your email will also show your selected swag color and size. We are unable to guarantee any switches of colors/sizes upon arrival.

11. If I miss the 9–11AM window, can I still use my ticket?

Yes, you can arrive anytime on Saturday or Sunday and use your skip-the-line privilege to walk right in.

12. Is this a physical or digital ticket?

All Early Access tickets are digital. You will not receive anything by mail; everything will be sent to your email.

13. Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once tickets are purchased.

14. Will there be General Admission if I don’t get Early Access?

Yes, but Early Access guarantees your spot, your swag, and no waiting in line. General admission is first come, first served.

15. What if Early Access sells out?

Once sold out, we are at capacity for Early Access and no future tickets will be released.
