We’re excited to get your KHOI pieces to you. Please review our shipping options, processing times, and delivery information below before placing your order.

U.S. Domestic Shipping

KHOI offers Standard, Express Priority, and Next Day Priority shipping within the United States. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout after entering your delivery address.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Standard Shipping | $10

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via FedEx SmartPost, depending on your location.

• Orders shipping to P.O. boxes and Puerto Rico may be delivered via USPS and can take approximately 5–7 business days in transit.

Express Priority | $50

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.

Next Day Priority | $75

• Orders placed by 12 PM CT on business days are eligible for same-day processing and next-business-day delivery. 

• Orders placed after 12 PM CT will be processed the following business day.

• Orders shipped on Friday may not be delivered until Monday, depending on the delivery location. 

Express Priority and Next Day Priority orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside of KHOI’s control.

Free U.S. Shipping

We offer complimentary Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $150 USD before taxes.

To receive complimentary shipping, please select the applicable free shipping option at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow time for the carrier to update your tracking after your shipping confirmation is received. Transit times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Returned Packages & Reshipments

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an order is returned to KHOI due to an issue outside of our control, the customer will be responsible for any applicable reshipment costs. This includes packages returned because of:

• An incorrect or incomplete address, including a missing apartment or suite number, incorrect street address, or incorrect ZIP code

• Failure to retrieve a package from a carrier access point within the allotted timeframe

• Refusal of the package upon delivery

Our Concierge team will contact you regarding next steps if your package is returned to us.

Multiple Orders

To improve shipping efficiency, KHOI may combine multiple orders placed by the same customer within a 1–3 business day period when possible.

By placing multiple orders within this timeframe, you acknowledge that your orders may be shipped together. Shipping fees will not be refunded or credited when separate orders are combined into one shipment. 

International Shipping

KHOI offers international shipping starting at $35 USD, with complimentary international shipping on eligible orders over $300 USD.

Available shipping rates will be displayed at checkout based on your destination. Applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout to help prevent unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

International Delivery

• International orders are shipped via DHL and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after processing.

• We recommend using MyDHL+ to manage your delivery and provide any special delivery instructions directly to the courier.

• International orders cannot be modified or edited after they are placed.

• International exchanges are not accepted, with the exception of eligible orders shipped to Canada.

Please carefully review your items, quantities, and shipping information before submitting an international order.

Address Changes

After placing your order, please review your confirmation email to ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

If your order is still eligible for changes, available modifications can be made through your order confirmation page. If you need additional assistance, please contact our Concierge team as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that address changes can be completed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, but will do our best to assist you!
