Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be tried on. You're welcome to hold them up to your ear or ask our team for styling recommendations.
Parking
Valet parking is available and free for guests. Please follow any posted parking signs and regulations. Note: GPS will direct you to the back of the building, please pull around the side to get to the main entrance.
Restrooms
Yes! Restrooms will be available for customers during the event.

Frequently Asked Questions
Possibly. Our pop ups can become busy, especially early in the morning Saturday. To skip the lines and avoid the wait times, we recommend purchasing Early Access tickets. Even if you miss the 9AM time slot, you will be able to skip the line until closing on Saturday.
Depending on attendance, there may be a short wait before entering the venue. Our team will work to welcome everyone as quickly as possible. For no wait time, please purchase Early Access tickets.
If you believe you've already RSVP'd but aren't sure your submission was received, please contact our Concierge team before the event and we'll be happy to verify it for you.
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, reach out to our team and we'll gladly assist you.
We aren't able to edit your already submitted RSVP, but you can submit a new one for the opposite day you prefer to attend.
We'll have a curated assortment of KHOI favorites, bestselling styles, archive pieces, and exclusive new launches available throughout the weekend.

No. The Atlanta Pop Up is centered around exclusive shopping and new product launches rather than a discounted sale event.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other contactless payment methods. KHOI eGift Cards and store credit will also be available to use at the pop up. You may be able to use AfterPay or Klarna in store, but this is dependent on your personal account.
Absolutely. General Admission is open to everyone during our regular shopping hours on Saturday and Sunday: 10AM-4PM.
Yes! Friends and family are welcome during General Admission hours.
If attending Early Access, each guest must have their own valid ticket. Plus ones will not be granted access during the Early Access Experience.
Handbags and eyewear can be tried on.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be tried on, but our team is happy to help you visualize sizing and styling.
Yes. The venue is accessible for guests requiring wheelchair access or other mobility accommodations.
