Styled by the Founder: ATLANTA POP UP DAY TWO
For the final day of the pop-up, Hayet wanted to celebrate two things she loves most: great denim and the people behind it.
"For Day Two, I wanted to shine a spotlight on our denim collection while celebrating one of my favorite designers and dear friends. Sepe, the founder of Joy Christian, recently had an incredible launch in Accra that completely sold out, and I couldn't be prouder of her."
The look had been in the works long before the LOMÉ Bag made its debut.
"I'll admit... I begged, pleaded, and may have even offered my left lung to have these custom jeans made in time for the pop-up! Before the LOMÉ Bag was even released, I sent her an image so she could source the perfect feathers to complement the look. Seeing everything come together has been so special."

"And, of course, it wouldn't be me if there wasn't a crop top involved somewhere! I bought this COS top about two years ago, and if my house were on fire, I'd probably grab it right after my passport. Sadly, they don't make it anymore."

Hayet is a firm believer that the perfect fit starts with tailoring.
"I know everyone is probably tired of hearing me say that everything is tailored, but I truly believe tailoring is the secret to making clothes look incredible. It's also much more affordable than people think—I usually spend around $40 per outfit."
"For these jeans, I bought a size 14 so they would have the length and volume I wanted, then had the waist tailored down to fit like a size 10. It's a simple trick that completely transforms the fit."

The AARI Necklace will make their debut at the Atlanta Pop Up taking place Saturday July 11 and Sunday July 12 from 10AM-4PM at Factory Atlanta, located at 5616 New Peachtree Road in Chamblee, GA.
