Retail Associate – Atlanta Pop-Up Event

KHOI is seeking energetic, customer-focused Retail Associates to support our upcoming Atlanta Pop-Up Event. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a growing luxury fashion and jewelry brand while helping customers discover pieces they love in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.
We are looking for team members who are confident engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, supporting sales, and contributing to a welcoming and elevated shopping experience throughout the event.
Role Overview
Retail Associate – Atlanta Pop-Up Event
$18/Hour | Temporary Event Position | July 10–12, 2026

Availability Requirements
Candidates must be available for the entire event schedule to be considered.
Training and VIP Shopping Event – Friday, July 10, 2026 – 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturday, July 11, 2026, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Sunday, July 12, 2026 – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Includes event breakdown and teardown.
Compensation
- $18 per hour
- Temporary event-based position
- Uniform guidance will be provided prior to the event
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
- Greet and engage customers while educating them about KHOI products
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases
- Support sales floor operations, line management, and customer flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping environment
- Assist with event setup before opening and breakdown after the event
- Restock merchandise and support inventory management as needed
- Collaborate with the KHOI leadership team and fellow event staff to ensure a successful event
Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or event experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional communication skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full event schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed

- Previous KHOI Babes are not eligible for this position
- Candidates must be available for all scheduled event hours listed above
- Employment is temporary and limited to the Atlanta Pop-Up Event
