Shipping FAQs
Yes, we are proud to now offer worldwide shipping. Rates depend on address and location, starting at $30.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed with express shipping will have priority processing.
We are unable to offer online pick up in store at this time, however you are welcome to visit our studio to shop in stock items Saturday 10am-4pm and Sunday 12-4pm.
Please note that we reserve the right to combine multiple orders placed within a 1-3 business day timeframe for business or shipping efficiency. By placing multiple orders within this period, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that refunds will not be issued due to combined shipments.
Keep in mind that packages with additional items weigh more and incur higher shipping costs. Thank you for understanding!
We are happy to offer complimentary shipping on all full priced US domestic orders over $150 (before tax) and International orders over $300 (before tax).
We utilize a range of padded envelopes, small and large boxes, this is determined by the size and nature of your order.
We are pleased to now offer express shipping options. Upon checking out, the rates will be available to you.

We are unable to offer gift packaging at this time. This includes adding custom messages to order slips for gifts.

Order FAQs
Orders that contain pre-order items will be held for shipment approximately 6 weeks from the order date. Should you want to place an order for our in stock items prior to the 6 week time line, please ensure you purchase those items separately.

We are unable to hold items in cart during high traffic launches. To help secure items, we suggest that you make an account, save to wishlist and check out in a few easy steps.

We are unable to combine orders placed at separate times.
Our orders are shipped out 3-5 busines days (excluding holidays and weekends). You can log in to your KHOI online account to see the status or enter your order information here.
Please send an email to help@shopkhoi.com if you would like to add items to your order. While we cannot guarantee the change can be accommodated, our team will do their best to assist you. In the event of a launch day or low stock item, we urge you to place a separate order so that you don't miss out on a piece.
We currently release items in limited quantities by collection. To stay tuned for restocks, please add your name to the waitlist on each item page.
Our wishlist feature allows for you to checkout in one click (if you have an existing account). However, items may still sellout during the checkout process.
