Role Overview
The Junior Designer will work closely with the Creative Director to support the design and development of jewelry concepts from initial idea through production. This role is responsible for assisting in the creative process, contributing to design execution, and supporting the translation of vision into tangible product.
Success in this role looks like strong attention to detail, the ability to bring ideas to life through design, and growth in both technical and creative skill sets.
What You’ll Do
- Support the development and execution of new jewelry concepts
- Translate creative direction into sketches, mockups, and visual references
- Assist with prototyping and sample development
- Support production preparation including revisions and documentation
- Contribute to seasonal collections and special projects
- Maintain organization of design files and materials
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of design experience or a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- Interest in jewelry, fashion, or product design
