For the first time in KHOI’S history, we are proud to unveil a bold new accessory: The ORZA (or-zah) Bag Charm. Thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted, this unique charm is more than an accessory—she’s a celebration of self-expression, detail, and individuality.
Whether clipped onto your favorite tote, crossbody, or backpack, ORZA transforms your bag into a personalized statement piece. ORZA can clip on to XILA, REZI, or ANSA bags. She features an easy to open lobster clasp. Simply push down on the latch to open and clip the charm on to the sides of the bag.
What makes this release truly special is its significance—this is the very first bag charm in our collection. ORZA marks the beginning of a new chapter in our design journey, one where accessories don’t just complement your look—they tell your story. Whether you're gifting her or treating yourself, this charm is the perfect way to elevate your accessories with a meaningful, signature touch. She isn’t just a bag charm. She’s a keepsake. A conversation starter. And most importantly—ORZA is uniquely yours.
The first of the ORZA bag charm is the YARA Charm features a unique hand-pulled yarn-like ball design nestled perfectly between two balls in our signature matte antique gold finish similar to that of our beloved YARA earring.
All items will be packaged in one of our premium packaging options. Please note that each item will likely not have its own packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill requests for particular packaging choices at this time. If you would like additional packaging, kindly purchase online via our packaging product page.
In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we have decided going forward that versus putting each individual item into separate bags, our fulfillment team has been empowered to combine similar size items, respectfully. We understand that you may love getting an item in each bag, but we are being more mindful in reducing waste and decreasing our footprint more by taking this approach.
We ship your KHOI purchases from our fulfillment center within 3-5 business days of your order (business days do not include weekends or US federal holidays). Please keep in mind that your purchases will be shipped within 3-5 days of your order, not delivered. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address.
Our Domestic standard shipping fee is $10.00 while International shipping is available on all products starting at $35.00. Expedited and Next-Day shipping options are also available for domestic orders only.
Please note that we reserve the right to combine multiple orders placed within a 1-3 business day timeframe for business or shipping efficiency. By placing multiple orders within this period, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that refunds will not be issued due to combined shipments.
Transit times may vary based on local import laws and carrier schedules.
We will gladly accept unworn, undamaged products purchased at full price, or products received with manufacturing defects, for an exchange or a return via store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be approved, a return must meet all the following criteria:
- The item was shipped to an address in the U.S. or Canada. We are unable to accept returns for other international countries at this time.
- Items are in their original condition without signs of wear and with all KHOI tags, packaging, and dust bags, included.

- Item arrived damaged or defective but is within the 14 day return period.
- Return was initiated, approved and postmarked using the prepaid KHOI label within 14 days from the date of order delivery. Items returned without approval are not eligible for store credit, exchange, nor refund. If a different return label is used, KHOI is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen. Returns and exchanges will not be processed until the package is located and received.
- Item is not marked as final sale or listed 'as-is'. Please note: all non-Jewelry items are final sale. This includes handbags, packaging, and sunglasses.
