HOW TO WEAR KEMI

This product is currently sold out online and is only available for purchase at our Chicago studio. It cannot be ordered through our website and must be bought in person. Please utilize the waitlist feature to be notified if she returns online.

Our store is open Saturday from 10AM–4PM and Sunday from 12PM–4PM. During these hours, our store advisors can be reached at 773-360-8052 and will be more than happy to assist you in confirming stock before your visit.

Our pieces are made from brass and plated in 18K gold, finished with our signature antique gold polish.

Our pearls are made of glass material composite.

This piece is considered light weight. KEMI is available in 16mm, 20mm, and 25mm.

*Packaging Update*

Due to a current packaging shortage, some items considered fragile may arrive in plain, unbranded packaging or bubble wrap. While we understand how important presentation and branding are, we don’t have another option to protect your pieces at this time.

We know this may not be the unboxing experience you were expecting, and we truly appreciate your understanding. If you'd like to receive a complimentary drawer box once they're back in stock, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’d be happy to send one your way!

All items will be packaged in one of our premium packaging options. Please note that each item will likely not have its own packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill requests for particular packaging choices at this time. If you would like additional packaging, kindly purchase online via our packaging product page.

In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we have decided going forward that versus putting each individual item into separate bags, our fulfillment team has been empowered to combine similar size items, respectfully. We understand that you may love getting an item in each bag, but we are being more mindful in reducing waste and decreasing our footprint more by taking this approach.

We will gladly accept unworn, undamaged products purchased at full price, or products received with manufacturing defects, for an exchange or a return via store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be approved, a return must meet all the following criteria:

Items are in their original condition without signs of wear and with all KHOI tags, packaging, and dust bags, included.

Items arrived damaged or defective but are within the 14 day return period.
Return was initiated, approved and postmarked using the prepaid KHOI label within 14 days from the date of order delivery. Items returned without approval are not eligible for store credit, exchange, nor refund. If a different return label is used, KHOI is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen. Returns and exchanges will not be processed until the package is located and received.
