Due to high demand, we are currently experiencing a shortage of our custom jewelry bags, as such multiple items may be grouped together in a single KHOI velvet bag. We will ensure all items are still packaged securely, minimizing any risk of damage.

We ship your KHOI purchases from our fulfillment center within 3-5 business days of your order (business days do not include weekends or US federal holidays). Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer expedited shipping on orders or combine existing orders.

International shipping is available on all products; for a flat rate fee of $30.
