Once items sell out, they will not be restocked in Houston. Popular pieces can sell out quickly so we recommend shopping early if there’s a piece you don’t want to miss!

How many days will the pop up be?

Our Houston pop-up experience will be a two day event from Saturday, June 28 to Sunday, June 29, 2025.

What is the location of the popup?

Our pop-up event will be located at 1125 Providence St. Houston, Texas 77002.

What products will be on sale?

Our preview of items available at our pop-up will begin on June 18th…Please stay tuned to our Houston event page and our socials to stay up to date on key pieces that will be available. At this time, we are unable to take requests for specific pieces to be brought to Houston.

Where can I find all the information/updates about the Houston popup?

We have created a microsite with all information surrounding our pop-up. Here you will be able to find all pop-up related information as well as any important updates and FAQ’s.

Will the Chicago store remain open during the event?

Our Chicago studio will be open on Saturday June 28th but closed on Sunday June 29th.. The store will resume regular hours on July 5, 2025. Please note that the customer service team will be unavailable during our pop-up hours of operation.

Will the items on each day be different?

Our Houston event will feature an exclusive launch of our summer collection, items available will be the same on each day, once items sell out, they will not be restocked. Popular pieces can sell out quickly so we recommend shopping early if there’s a piece you don’t want to miss!

What payment methods will be accepted at the pop-up?

Our POS accepts all major credit cards, Shop Pay Installments, KHOI E-Gift cards, and Sezzle payments. We will not accept any cash or personal checks. You may also be able to use the one-time in-store card with Klarna or AfterPay, but those are specific to individual accounts.

How do I RSVP to the event?

Please use this link to add your name to our RSVP list.

Will I receive an email confirming my rsvp?

Thank you for your RSVP! Yes, you will receive a confirmation. We look forward to seeing you at the event!

Can I change the date of my RSVP after I have sent the RSVP?

You’ll be unable to edit your original RSVP after submission but please feel free to RSVP again for the updated date you’ll be able to attend.

If I am bringing a friend do they have to RSVP as well?

We encourage you and your friends to RSVP to our pop-up event so we are adequately prepared to receive all of our KHOI babes and for effective communication and event updates.

If I do not RSVP can I attend?

We encourage RSVPing to our pop-up event but if you are unable to RSVP ahead of time we would still love for you to join us to experience KHOI in person!
