Part-time Retail Ambassadors

Role Description

We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join us as part-time Retail Ambassadors at our Chicago Bucktown location. As a Retail Ambassador, you will:

Provide a luxurious customer experience that aligns with our brand ethos of "Excellence is the bare minimum."
Cultivate an expert-level understanding of our products and the narratives that make them unique.
Foster loyalty by connecting customers with our brand and our community, creating meaningful relationships that last.


What You'll Bring:

1+ years of retail experience (hospitality experience is a plus), demonstrating your ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Outstanding people skills, characterized by approachability, engagement, and friendliness.
A detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills, ensuring every customer interaction is seamless and memorable.

The capacity to learn and memorize key brand details, enabling you to confidently share our story with customers.

Availability to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm.
