Your items will be delivered in one of our premium KHOI packaging options. Please be aware that the packaging may vary depending on the specific needs of the product and safety considerations during shipping.

In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we have decided going forward that versus putting each individual item into separate bags, our fulfillment team has been empowered to combine similar size items, respectfully. We understand that you may love getting an item in each bag, but we are being more mindful in reducing waste and decreasing our footprint more by taking this approach.

We ship your KHOI purchases from our fulfillment center within 3-5 business days of your order (business days do not include weekends or US federal holidays).
